Founded as a 501(c)(3) US-based Non-Profit Corporation (EIN: 39-3692705), The College Athlete Network Foundation operates with the core belief that every college athletic program deserves access to adequate funding and resources. Since our founding, we have worked with numerous college athletic programs across the United States, helping them secure millions of dollars in discovered funding. Process Control & Formal Oversight

Approximately 28,000 501(c)(3) organizations lose their tax-exempt status each year due to missed IRS filings. For athletic departments, this isn't just a statistic—it's a real threat.
