2. About Us

The College Athlete Network Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in the United States. We support college athletic programs by streamlining charitable giving and providing administrative infrastructure that reduces the need for separate nonprofit formations per sport.

Instead of each sport creating its own nonprofit, we allow directed donations through our platform. This approach helps reduce incorporation, compliance, and accounting costs often associated with managing multiple 501(c)(3) entities.

3. Description of Service

We collect and redistribute directed charitable funds to approved nonprofit beneficiaries, typically associated with collegiate athletic programs. We retain a small administrative fee to cover expenses such as credit card processing, compliance, and other operational costs. All remaining funds are disbursed to the designated beneficiaries in accordance with donor intent and applicable law.

4. Use License

We grant you limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use our website and services for lawful personal or organizational purposes, subject to the restrictions outlined below

You may not:

• Modify, copy, distribute, or transmit the materials on this site;
• Use the materials for any commercial or public display outside of approved nonprofit fundraising;
• Attempt to reverse engineer any portion of the website or services
• Use our 501(c)(3) status or branding without prior written authorization.

5. Donations

All donations made through our platform are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Donors will receive receipts for tax purposes. While we strive to honor all donor designations, we reserve the right to reallocate funds in rare cases where a recipient no longer qualifies under applicable nonprofit criteria or legal requirements. In such instances, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the donor or redirect the funds to a related charitable purpose.

6. Administrative Fees

A small percentage of each donation is retained to cover transaction fees (e.g., credit card processing) and administrative costs necessary to operate the Foundation. This ensures transparency and sustainability of our services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and all related materials are provided “as is.” The Foundation makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.
